Lion City Youth (LCY), also known as Lion City Youth of Santa Rosa, is a youth-led, non-profit civic organization based in Santa Rosa, Laguna, uniting young people aged 15–30 to serve the community and develop future leaders. It is duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) under Registration Number 2025100225379-04.

LCY is committed to developing future leaders and supporting the city government’s efforts to realize Santa Rosa’s full potential as a progressive and thriving city. Anchored on leadership, unity, and service, the organization empowers youth through socio-civic programs, education initiatives, and community projects, guided by integrity, transparency, and participatory governance.

Its members, known as “Roaring Lions,” live by the official tagline: “Unleash the Roar Within.”
