Lion City Youth (LCY) is a youth-led, non-profit civic organization based in Santa Rosa, Laguna, uniting young people aged 15–30 to serve the community and develop future leaders. It is duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) under Registration Number 2025100225379-04.

LCY focuses on leadership, unity, and service, empowering youth through socio-civic programs, education initiatives, and community projects. Guided by integrity, transparency, and participatory leadership, the organization aims to create lasting positive change and build a stronger city shaped by the next generation.

Its members, known as “Roaring Lions,” uphold the official tagline: “Unleash the Roar Within.”
